Tidbits of Chesapeake published our first edition on July 1, 2002.
Every since then, we have provided enjoyable reading for FREE to readers at restaurants, doctors offices, car repair shops and many other locations.
Currently, we distribute 5,000 copies to over 460 restaurants in Greenbrier, Great Bridge, Hickory and the South Norfolk areas of Chesapeake. Based on a readership audit, over 95% of our copies are picked up each week.
Tidbits of Chesapeake is owned and operated by Jon Hildebrand, Hildebrand Media. Jon first encountered Tidbits in the midwest and fell in love with the trivia and fun reading. When he moved back to Virginia, he purchased the local franchise.
